Update French Air Traffic Control Strike Cancelled

We have been advised that the French Air Traffic Control strike has been cancelled effective from 24:00hrs Wednesday, June 25, 2014. French air traffic controllers ended a two-day strike which was originally supposed to last until Sunday, June 29, 2014.

Before the strike was cancelled hundreds of passengers were stranded, including over 600 passengers at Paris’ Orly airport according to an airport source.

Ryanair announced that all scheduled flights on Thursday, June 26th would operate as normal. If you have travel planned for June 25 or June 26, 2014 that includes flying in French air space check with your airline on flight status before heading to the airport.
