Nuts and Bolts
The Property: This historic building in the downtown neighborhood of Bonhim contains three modern studio apartments. Price range per night is 50 to 70 Euros depending upon unit and season. Weekly rates range from 320 to 450 Euros. The building is about a 2 block walk up the hill from the Sao Bento train station in Porto.
Property Owner: The owner is responsive to all questions via email and speaks English. He can help you choose which unit is right for you. There is free wifi, and brochures and maps are in the units. For my stay the owner surprised me upon arrival at the train station by greeting me with two umbrellas and an offer to assist with luggage when I arrived on a very rainy day. What a wonderful way to be welcomed to Porto!
