Introducing Miles Geek Correspondent Hollin Stafford

Miles Geek is excited to welcome author Hollin Stafford to our writing team.

Hollin will be providing trip reports on her family’s travels, as well as, editorial pieces and travel tips.

A flight attendant for six years, Hollin has been traveling the globe for almost two decades. After the birth of her son, Milo, she hung up her flight attendant title, but her love of travel is as strong as ever.

In Hollins’s words, ‘We are a family of three who love to travel. I was a flight attendant up until we had our son and am now a stay at home mother who home schools our child so that we can explore the globe.”

Hollin Stafford and Family
Hollin and Family

The family travels in the United States and abroad. In 2013 they spent three months traveling in Europe and Asia. Fall of 2014 finds them traveling in England, France and Italy while they consider moving to somewhere in Europe for a year or two.

Hollin has been sharing her family’s travel adventures with friends and family in her travel blog, Breadcrumbs and Magic, since 2013.

When not writing about travel, Hollin focus is on writing fiction. Hollin’s work has received rave reviews from critically acclaimed agents and editors. She has a unique voice embodied through rich descriptions of shared human condition.

Her collection of three short stories, “Seeds”, can be found on Amazon. In “Love” the readers find themselves immersed in a future where love has been outlawed. In “Seeds” a young girl reluctantly meets her destiny and through the process learns what freedom means. In the final story, “The Contract”, a woman struggles to cope with reality.

In addition, Hollin has written two books. Part of a proposed trilogy, Hollin is searching for the right publisher for the first book in this Young Adult series based in current day reality, laced with psychic awakening and foreshadowing a change of evolutionary proportions.

Miles Geek is delighted that Hollin had decided to share her love of travel and her family’s journeys with Miles Geek readers.
