Enter the Ellen Show Las Vegas Travel Sweepstakes to win a 2-night stay at The Cosmopolitan. The website does not give much detail so, although it mentions a fabulous vacation in Vegas, it is not clear if there is actually more to the prize than 2 nights at The Cosmopolitan.

Whatever the sweepstakes actually includes you can find  a lot to do in this town of 24 hour activity. Of course, there are plenty of casinos and opportunities to try your luck at the gaming tables or slots.

You can also take a ride on The High Roller, an observation wheel located in the open-air shopping, dining and entertainment district called The LINQ.

The High Roller is 550 feet tall. From one its 28 enclosed transparent pods you can view the Strip, the Las Vegas valley and the surrounding mountains. Each pod can hold up to 40 people.

For over the top glitzy Las Vegas style entertainment try one of the many Cirque de Soleil shows that have become a Las Vegas icon.

Las Vegas offers a wide choice of bars and eateries. Why not check out one of the newer restaurants? Guy Fieri and Giada De Laurentiis have both opened their first Las Vegas restaurants.

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The Linq Hotel and Casino offers the kind of food you would expect from Guy. His menu features, among other things, tacos, burgers and wings.

Newly opened Giada inside The Cromwell, a new boutique hotel, has a large selection of classic Italian cuisine with De Laurentiis’ modern flair.

I could not find a closing date for this sweepstakes, so don’t wait, enter now! The sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and Canada only (excluding Quebec). Check out the complete rules before entering.
