Kathleen Crawford

Kathleen (Kathy) Crawford spent the first years of her life in rural Maine where she developed an appreciation for Maine’s people and scenic beauty. She began traveling with her family when she was 8 years old because her soldier father felt most at home when he was traveling around the world serving his country and helping others. Her dad also wrote prose and poetry and Kathy believes that she inherited her love of travel and writing from him. She started her business, 59 Waterloo Road, LLC in the spring of 2016. The business is named for the home where her paternal grandmother lived in Runcorn, England. 59 Waterloo Road’s mission is to help other people experience the countries Kathy most loves to explore: England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. She is a writer and describes herself as a Travel Planner Extraordinaire. Kathy is, once again, based in rural Maine. She is married, has three grown children and has a beautiful 3-year- old granddaughter. Kathy is a Registered Nurse and a member of the International Travel Writers and Photographers Alliance (ITWPA)
